From Press Release:-
"In the Spring of '89, Tim Lee and Bobby Sutliff, The Windbreakers, decided to buckle down and make another record. Both insist "At Home ..." came about completely spontaneously. According to Bobby, "We were hanging out one day and I said, 'You know, we ought to make a record again one of these days.' I came back two weeks later and Tim had arranged the whole thing."
"At Home ..." includes Bobby's "On The Wire" ('an absolute masterpiece' raves Tim) and "Cold, Cold Rain" ('Finally a song not about a girl!' says Bobby. 'It's about waking up with the flu.') Tim's offerings include "Down To It" ('It's about people who sit around and talk about what they're going to do and never do it.' says Tim.) "The last verse is sort of like self-realization: Well Ok, I'm a slug too.", and "Just Fine" (Tim: 'I called up Bobby when I wrote that song and said, "You're not going to believe it. The chorus is - ready? - "We're doing just fine,"' and he fell down laughing').
